Dan, you look great! I can't wait for my TT and lower body lift--after a year of running, my gluteal muscles are strong and well-developed, but my ass still hangs 4 inches down from where it should be! LOL. C'est la vie.
Rest up, do your daily walks, listen to your body, and add activity slowly! All the best, Heather

Looking great Dan! Huge reduction in swelling from your first post-op pics.
You are going to be chomping at the bit to get back to working out...but like everyone else is saying, and LIKE YOU KNOW.... take it easy!!!
Take care-
Kathy

Every morning in Africa , a gazelle wakes up.
It knows it must outrun the fastest lion or it will be killed.

It knows that it must run faster than the slowest gazelle, or it will starve.
It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or a gazelle
when the sun comes up you'd better be running.
