Wow! What an amazing difference. Good idea for holding up the drains...will have to remember that!  Glad to see you upright and smiling Dan!

It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or a gazelle
when the sun comes up you'd better be running.

Dan,

I'm sure the break from fitness is going to drive you bonkers, but those amazing results are going to be so worth it.  Without the extra skin hanging around, I'm sure we'll be seeing plenty of new PRs in time and distance from you.

Wow Dan, you look a lot better than I had expected.  I thought that you'd be much more swollen.  For this soon out I think you look great.  Is sitting around and not training driving you crazy yet?  I'd be bouncing off the walls by now.

wow, what a transformation!  your before pics look exactly like my midsection, so this makes me excited abouit the possibilities for me as well.  i gotta say, it does look a wee bit painful with all those drains and stuff...
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

right now.  somewhere.  somebody is working harder than you.

Whoa! Amazing! I had my tummy tuck and breast lift in 6/08. It only gets so much better from here! Training in the gym without all that skin is such a great experience.

Thank you for the pics!

I've been here since 2002, I just like to pretend I am NEW!
