my love affair with the rowing machine continues...2275 meters in about 10 minutes

30 minutes on the elliptical/stair machine at resistances 10/20 & 20/20 for 35 minutes, about 3.25 miles total

then after work I played in a softball scrimmage for about an hour and a half...I remember why I never played past ninth grade...I'm quite terrible, but it was fun!!
