Monday Workouts

I had a kick butt workout this morning!

Rowing - 10 min, 2250 meters
Lifting - Arms -dumbbell presses, pullovers & flys.  Legs - squats w/db's, step ups onto bench w/db's
Core - back ext, hip flexors, knee lifts & knee lift twists on roman chair
Rowing - 15 min, 3127 meters 

What's everyone else up to on this fine Monday??

4- .5 mile repeats at 5:32,5:15,4:33,4:18 b4 work and 45 minutes of weights (arms,shoulders,back) and a 7:57 mile on my lunch break (very early) today.
    No longer about weight , it's all about living.

Todays plan calls for 6 x one interval repeats of water / pee, and if all goes well, perhaps I may go #2! I need to Carb load!

Don't you just love those drains!  Good luck, you'll get through this and then take on something easy like an iron man.

5 miles easy. I just spent one week down in humid and hot Puerto Vallarta and as wonderful my vacation was...running in that stuff was tough! These last few days home in So. Cal (dry and cool) have been wonderful

 got up early with the hubby (5:00) and got my workout in...back, chest and bi's, with some abs and cardio....

A most excellent 2.5 mile run this morning (finally starting to get some of my pacing back) and maybe a water aerobics class after work, depending on how my hip is feeling.
