Thursday wrokouts!!!

It's funny that I start this thread on a day that I had a less than successful run.  That is relative though.  Five years ago I had to buy shoes that didn't have to be tied.

Today I did two mile repeats @ 8:15 and 9:00 thanks to a some pain in my left ankle.  Better to live and fight tomorrow than push too hard today!  Total mileage today was 3.

How did you do today.

BTW, the streak in intact.  Almost 7 months of at least a mile a day!!!  The average is over 3 a day.

Hard 2.5 mi run scheduled for tonight. Aiming for best time splits to date.

Ran 3.5 miles this AM---hard and had to really push thru to get there. Gave myself permission to quit at 3, but persevered and went to my goal! Yeah!

3.25 mile jog 33.mile cool down walk and one hour of weights - chest-tri's and core.

3.25 mile walk an 60 minutes of weights - chest/shoulders today and will add 200 pushups and a walk on the tmill while I watch the Celts destroy that team from the left coast ..... can't think of their name right now !!!
    No longer about weight , it's all about living.

 did a half hour of shoulders and abs, 15 minutes of hills on the stationary bike and a 1.5 mile run (7 min mile pace) on the tm.

 today was a 3.1 mile jog, then an hour of yoga...thought I was done...After my car broke down I had to walk about a 1.5 miles back home....will have to walk another 1.5 miles when the truck is finished...

Today I did 1 hour eliptical (4.25 miles and burned 867 calories)
Six minutes of the shakeweight (its toning the batwings!)
