I just went for a 3 mile run...it was probably my worst run yet, I was all kinds of off, but it was a great way to start the weekend!!

What's everyone else up to??

2.5-3 miles (I'll see how I feel when I get out there) hard run today. That's it. Oh, and lotsa stretching :)

4 mile fast walk. HOT :)

Oh, and I finally got some ankle weights for home, so I did some exercises with them for my ITB. Now I'm wearing them around the house.

Been kinda absent from the board (hubby is home and I'm working full time while we're also doing work on our house), but not from the gym.

Since I'm working all weekend, I did my long run today.  8 miles, 1 potty break after 6 miles (really good for me).  Kind of did an interval workout as well since I get bored running slower.  Did 0.9 mile at 6.7 and 0.1 mile at 7.5 for the first 7.  The last mile I went 0.5 miles at 6.7 then increased by 0.1 mph every 0.1 mile.  I was happy to finish the 8!
