I did 2.48 miles at lunch, walking.  15 min/mile pace, so i thought that was pretty good!

First Marathon: October 16, 2011: 5:47:20

2 miles of intervals(20 minutes) and 60 minutes of weights - legs and a 7.5 minute mile to finish.
    No longer about weight , it's all about living.

heart rate surged too high today

30 minutes recumbent bike, cross country level, 7.5 miles
