Good Luck tomorrow!!! I have read a lot of your blog, and you are an inspiration to me! I am working on being able to run a 5K without stopping to walk, and you are training for an Iron Man! I am sure that you will bounce back quick, being healthy makes a great difference!

Good Luck!

My goodness! Truly an inspiration. I'm a newbie - well, not even a newbie, yet. My RNY is next Wednesday. I've been thinking alot about getting out and exercising. But, that's about it. Thinking. I feel I've wasted the past few months by not getting out there and starting. I just found this board, so I am looking to you all for the inspiration and motivation. Thanks for posting - it sure helps me get my mind straight! Good luck on your surgery! -margaret

I got that.  My goal for this week is walking 1/2 hour each day until surgery.  I did it today, soon after reading the posts.  Thanks.  -m

It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or a gazelle
when the sun comes up you'd better be running.

With a strong body and mind and the love of your family, you're going to breeze right through this.  May you have a speedy recovery as you contemplate all that you've accomplished.

I'm new to this forum and I can't believe how inspriing this forum is. I'm still on moderate duty from an injury in 5/10 but I soon will be up and running again.

I wish you the best with your surgery and hope you recover well so you can get that 6 pack.
