It's Crunchtime...
My goodness! Truly an inspiration. I'm a newbie - well, not even a newbie, yet. My RNY is next Wednesday. I've been thinking alot about getting out and exercising. But, that's about it. Thinking. I feel I've wasted the past few months by not getting out there and starting. I just found this board, so I am looking to you all for the inspiration and motivation. Thanks for posting - it sure helps me get my mind straight!
Good luck on your surgery! -margaret

Welcome Margaret... Remember... Thinking about things like excercise doesn't burn any calories! :)

Every morning in Africa , a gazelle wakes up.
It knows it must outrun the fastest lion or it will be killed.
Every morning inAfrica , a lion wakes up.
It knows that it must run faster than the slowest gazelle, or it will starve.
It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or a gazelle
when the sun comes up you'd better be running.

With a strong body and mind and the love of your family, you're going to breeze right through this. May you have a speedy recovery as you contemplate all that you've accomplished.
