31 minutes elliptical...60 minutes weights- shoulders- bi's and forearms.

3.2 miles (jog) in 41 minutes.  Not great time, but proud of it because I had not jogged that distance in over a week.  Thought the mojo was gone.  So glad to have conquered the mind issue.
