30 minute walk , 30 minutes of intervals , 90 minutes of weights - arms and back , 20 more minutes of itntervals.

 It has been awhile since I posted, but I have been working out hard...
Today was back, chest, bi's and abs...with some cardio mixed in...later tonight a walk with hubby and the dogs...

I ran with my wife today and helped her on her longest run ever. Her previous longest was 14 miles. We ran 18 miles today and kept a smooth 10 minute pace. Have an awesome day everyone...

55 minutes of weights (chest/tri) including 1 set of 75 and then 8 X 25 sets of pushups
65 minute intermediate/recovery spin on the stationary bike (25.8 miles)

Today is REST!

Walking to the bathroom was workout enough... ouch.

 Ran 5.0 miles in 82 degree heat and 96% humidity.  That was rough.  

 Weights-total body.  

 Swam 300 meters.  I've got to spend more time in the pool if I want to get any better.
