Good Morning Everyone ! ! ! 

Just back from a 3.24 mile run (in a cool mist).  I have set a PR on this route, which is a rolling hill route with a couple of steep hills on the return.

Pace:  9:52
Time: 31:59.85
6.08 Avg. mph

Now if I could only maintain that pace for my 10.5 mile route!

2 mile run , 2 mile walk b4 work and 90 minutes of weights - arms today.
    No longer about weight , it's all about living.

Rest day for me. Was going to meet my personal trainer for an hour session, but she needed to go get an MRI for her leg. I don't mind. My ankle's been a little sore and tomorrow we do 10 miles.

50 minutes of weights (core and legs)
25 minutes in the pool, somewhere around 1000 meters of varioius drills
