 had a great chest and tri workout, then worked my legs, which I haven't done in the weight room in a long time.  Capped it with 3.1 miles on the tm in 27m.

You can google Pole Fitness Association (PFA).  My studio is a member. The instructors at my studio have to carry accredited fitness certifications as well as CPR, plus specific pole instruction certifications. Each class must have a comprehensive warm-up, specific curriculum of techniques and a work-out ending of basic strength calisthenics.  

Plus it's just fun and challenging. 

I did look into S Factor, but found it lacking in fundamental workout principles.

50 minutes of weights (chest/tri) including 9 sets of 35 pushups
hard 65 spin on the stationary bike w/ 12 - 1 minute sprint intervals (28.26 miles)
nice and easy 2 mile brick on the TM in around 16:40....
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

60 min. eliptical and 15 minutes foam roller
