Well, new to this thread, so not sure what you all want here . . but, I did work out today - full body and very quickly (lunch half hour).  It felt good to get back into the gym . . . been walking mostly since surgery 9 months ago, but know that I must do the weight training now if I want more results and to tone up the muscle (fill out the skin in parts) and I really do enjoy working out - I know, I am a sicko.

Hopefully, I will be able to walk tomorrow - did heavy squatting today . . . they say, no pain, no gain, but since it was hard for me to walk up the stairs after my workout today, I say I am slated for some sore legs tomorrow.

Congrats to all of you who made it to your workout today and to those who didn't, better luck tomorrow!

Just got back from a 3 mile run on the waterfront with a friend. I have my 12 K on Saturday so I may just have a long walk tomorrow and will rest Friday.

Every morning in Africa, a gazelle wakes up.
It knows it must outrun the fastest lion or it will be killed.
Every morning in
Africa, a lion wakes up.
It knows that it must run faster than the slowest gazelle, or it will starve.
It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or a gazelle
when the sun comes up you'd better be running.

still working out hard , just a lot going on with my son's baseball , work , yard work , and working out ... not as much time to be on the computer
