Just released by Dr for full workouts. I am starting Turbo Jam today.

My sister has done very well using Beachbody products. So much so she became a coach for them. I hope I have the same amazing results she has had.

 Turbo Jam is a great start.  When you're ready, you might also love ChaLEAN Extreme.  Great results.

Wow, heard a lot of great things about turbo jams and beachbody products. Keep us up to date on your progress. Also, you may want to give chair-a-cise exercise a try.
