Pizza Diet???? Sign me up ha!
For me it's too much sugar and too much deep fried foods.
Either of those will make me dump.
Pizza is just fine, but being bready, it can sit heavy in the pouch.
The trick is knowing what's too much for me. Today a piece of birthday cake may be just fine, but tomorrow it will make me sick. What seems to work the best is to cut myself a piece that I want, then cut that in half. That is probably the best judge for me. I have always over portioned, so when I do that I tend to limit the portions to a normal or smaller serving.

Pizza is way too greasy and bready for me. I just don't enjoy it and never really did.
