Monday

I went to the gym and did:
10 miles on the eliptical
10  miles on the bike
Swimming--working my way up to 2 miles.

I am hoping to get back into Yoga next week.

5K training run while nursing a peroneal tendonitis. Maintaining at the same pace and looking forward to the race on Saturday!

45 minute walk , 2 mile run (in 14:32) b4 work and 45 minutes of weights and 1 mile sprint at lunch.
    No longer about weight , it's all about living.
