Ran 5K distance yesterday

3.2 miles in 41 minutes.  Week 9, D1 of c25K.  Though I'm slower than I should be, it's still pretty amazing that I can jog 3.2 miles without walking or resting.  I am signed up for a 5k race on July 3.  I hope to have some minutes shaved off by then.  So, go me!

That's awesome!! Congrats!  You will definitely shave a few off by race day - the adrenaline on race day will help!

don't worry about your time at this point, just focus on improvements over time.  congrats on a new milestone!
