It was stalled for a while but now I'm back on track.

I'm still dealing with this stupid calf injury! I'm going to do a Full AquaBike at the end of July and just not run between now and then. In Aug, my PT kicks back in and I will go nuts with PT and running for the 3.5 months leading up to IMAZ.

I think that should work.

I ran a mile, worked the weights, and boxed.  Burned according to my polar watch 950 calories :)

Instead of my usual early morning run, I did a 4.5 mi. after work. Ran decent pace of 9:30. The people are a very different breed exercising in than evening than the morning bunch...go figure.

I've seemed to hurt my knee on the treadmill on Wednesday.  It's not very stable so I took the day off and rested.
