I ran 3.5 miles- .5 cool down walk- 200 push ups- 200- sit ups and ten minutes jumping rope.

45 minutes of weights (chest/tri) including 10 X 30 pushups
10 minutes walking on TM warmup/cooldown
40 minute running on the TM, 5 min warmup @ 7.0 MPH, 10 speed intervals of (2 min @ 8.6 MPH then 1 min recovery @ 6.7 MPH), finished w/ 5 min @ 7.0 total distance of 5.15 miles
30 min stairmaster 146 floors

thunderstorm and lack of contingency plan = rest day.  but I did make it to my surgery support gruop meeting!

Walked a couple different times today. Also did the couch to 5k program (walk/jog). Counting all my steps today I went for 19,872 steps which is around 6.3 miles for me. This is a record for me. It feels so good to work out, love it! Julie
