I am having a daily stationary run at home. Would this help in my weight loss program?

I did 2.5 miles on the treadmill doing intervals to get in some speed work.
I did a full body weight workout.
I swam 300 meters.
Pretty solid well rounded workout.
Should sleep well tonight.
