Did some warm ups on my bike, then did core and arm work out. Did some widow makers and sprints on the bike. Then my dog was telling me that we needed to take a walk. So being the good dog momma that I am, we went for a walk up and down and hills.

Benefit of the walk, I now have 3 tired little dogs.

120 miles in the car. Only thing that got a work out was my gas pedal. So, I gues... rest day for me ;o)
Every morning in Africa, a gazelle wakes up.
It knows it must outrun the fastest lion or it will be killed.
Every morning in
Africa, a lion wakes up.
It knows that it must run faster than the slowest gazelle, or it will starve.
It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or a gazelle
when the sun comes up you'd better be running.
