Good Morning! It was an early one for me, as we have a new kiddo in our home, who has to commute to H.S., soooo...I was up VERY early!!

Ran my 3.04 mile Hill Workout in preparation for next weeks 8K. I actually  managed to run UP both of the 6% grades! Usually I have to walk them!

Pace was still slower than I would have liked: 10:49, but I guess for being able to grind and power up those darn things....not to bad!

What are you up to today?
Every morning in Africa, a gazelle wakes up.
It knows it must outrun the fastest lion or it will be killed.
Every morning in
Africa, a lion wakes up.
It knows that it must run faster than the slowest gazelle, or it will starve.
It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or a gazelle
when the sun comes up you'd better be running.

Hi all...

Went to the gym and warmed up for 5 minutes on the treadmill, then spent 25 minutes in the weight room. It's too nice out to do the cardio inside, so I'm heading out on my bike in a little while for the rest of my workout.

Right now though...nose back to the grindstone!!

Ran 2 miles and walked for an hour b4 work. 1 hour of weights and 300 pushups. Trying to start running again slowly as my leg will let me.
