hello anyone help
So how many weeks have you gone up 2 pounds? And are you tracking your food by writing it down somewhere (online, on paper) or just keeping a mental list in your head?
If you are gaining weight, it's gotta be one of three things:
(1) water retention from working out your muscles. That generally reaches equilibrium after a week or two.
(2) fat - your calories have gone up without you realizing it and you are truly gaining weight.
(3) muscle - also a "true" weight gain but it's one that's healthy and to your advantage in the long run as your clothes will fit better and your metabolism will rise
