Thigh Issues

Does anyone know of way to tighten up your thighs?  I have lost 112 lbs to date and my thighs are out of control LOL. I would really love to wear shorts this summer.

Exercise can't change your skin. But it can give you muscles. Do you want more muscular thighs? The muscles will help take up some space in the loose skin (good) but most women don't want bulky thighs.

One thing that helps with loose skin is time. My thighs last year and even a few months ago were kind of sad. But they aren't too bad now. My arms aren't as "old lady wrinkled" as they were before either. I'm not doing anything different either!

I see Marie and Dan and raise aa X's 3.

Basically, after you get the tone from your muscle, you are left with the loose skin. Options: love what you have; have a thigh lift; love what you have; where shorts; love what you have.

I love what I have, because its ... well ... its me.  I wear shorts, and my suit is a tankini top with swim shorts.

You wear what you want to wear...and feel good about you!!

I'm in the same situation and was wondering the same thing. If they bulk up that's fine (i have a hard time finding jeans/pants because my waist is much smaller ). I just don't want them so flabby looking. I have weak back and stomach muscles too, so I need some type of exercises that could incorporate building those up as well.
