I've been so busy with my transcription clients that my exercise is suffering a little. I'm still getting to the gym at least 3 times per week and trying to walk or bike on other days, but some days I just can't fit it in. Boy, does that BUG me. I don't think I'll have time for my usual Sunday afternoon workout at the gym, but I'm determined to at least get a long walk in. When I get these kids out of college maybe I'll have time to breathe again!!

Great job Sue!

Today was a 7-mile easy run and 1600 yard swim.  The swim was the quality workout for the day, with fast-paced intervals.

Every morning in Africa, a gazelle wakes up.
It knows it must outrun the fastest lion or it will be killed.

It knows that it must run faster than the slowest gazelle, or it will starve.
It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or a gazelle
when the sun comes up you'd better be running.
