Happy Friday Everyone!!!

I've been sick for the last two days..boo...but today I was able to get in a 5 mile run this morning...hopefully I'll be able to tack on another 3 or 4 this evening. 

What's everyone else up to?

10 mile run and 1,600 meters in the pool with 1,100 of them paddle pulls with leg bouy's. Shoulders feel incredible.. wait, I can't feel them!

40 minutes of weights (chest/tri) including 8 X 30 sets of pushups
3 - 1 mile repeats on the TM (8.6 MPH/6:58 pace) 60 second rest between repeats
10 min walking warmup/cooldown
30 min on the stairmaster (151 floors)
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

Pretty light day... 3.4 miles on tough trails in 95 degree weather and 95% humidity... A nice cycling race on the plate tomorrow...

rest day for me. Hopefully a long run tomorrown in between predicted heavy rain showers!
