I am happy to say that after a 2 month absence, I ran 2 miles today! YEAH!!! Was more like a jog, but still felt good to get on the tm and get er done!

I went on a 4 mile run this morning. I have another 5k on June 5th and plan to be good and ready for it. I ordered a fuel belt a few days ago and it should be delivered today so my next run I will try running with the fuel belt.

2 hour walk b4 work and 40 minutes of weights - chest,back, and abs. 10 sets of 25 pushups through the day.
    No longer about weight , it's all about living.

5K race tonight - with a personal best.  i came out real fast and ended up running a 8:41 pace.  CRAZY, but a wonderful confidence booster for the 1/2 I have coming up in a few weeks.

1 hour spin class that destroyed me.... but in a good way :)

Today was my first Jujitsu class at the gym I go to. It was a blast and a great workout! I have bruises all over and I know I got a total body workout.
