Appears I need some running advice

I tired running when I was about 230 and it was not a pretty picture. Not to mention I could not find a bra to contain my chest - yuck.

I spent a lot of time walking all over, hills, flats and intervals and I just went back to running last month and am not so bad. It will work out. Just make sure you rest. I am queen of the quick start and then quick finish because I have injured myself.

No offense to those that do run...and I DO applaud you.  But I'm curious why many feel almost an obligation to start running after having WLS.  Running is hard on the body and you can reap cardio benefits through walking and cycling.  Many people just aren't cut out for running...
