Tuesday Workouts!!!
I started today with a 3 mile tempo run for a warm up and then did a whopping 2 quarters in 96 seconds and 91 seconds. I attempted a third but hit the wall at about 250 meters amd stopped. Total mileage for the day was 3.75 miles.

did 20 minutes walk/jog on the treadmill and 25 minutes in the weight room.

30 minutes on the arc trainer (incline of 10/10, resistance 75/100)
30 minutes on the stair/eliptical doing 2 minute intervals (20/20 and 10/20 resistance)
5 minute cool down on eliptical

I decided to stop running until my calf is healed so I tried the elliptical. I have to admit, I don't get it and I don't like it. Anyway, I did 30 min.
