Beautiful weather here in Boston, so I walked the 1.5 miles to work. I guess that means I'll walk home too! Took the long way home - 2.5 miles!

Edited to add: Just did another 1.5 miles on my lunch break to try out a new GPS tracker APP on my phone. It read 1.7 miles. mapmyrun.com said 1.3. WTH???

Rest day for me

Every morning in Africa, a gazelle wakes up.
It knows it must outrun the fastest lion or it will be killed.
Every morning in
Africa, a lion wakes up.
It knows that it must run faster than the slowest gazelle, or it will starve.
It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or a gazelle
when the sun comes up you'd better be running.
