Saturday's workout
I'm gonna call this day a rest day because I truly did rest. I got off work at 7am. Thought it would be ok to lay down for an 90 minutes then get up for KM class. But apparently I slept through my alarm and until 2pm. I didn't have much energy to go to the gym after that. Didn't sleep well the day before so I made up for it with Saturday.
Saturday was brick on brick day. Got up early and since the weather was wonderful we decided to get ready for next weekend's dualathlon. We started out with a 2.5 mile run, jumped on the bikes for a 13-mile hill climb, Then ran 4 miles. Transitioned back to the bikes, and did a flat 14-mile loop. Ran 3-miles. Cycled the loop one final time. It was great. Should be ready for Sea Isle City now.
