45 min. eliptical L-4/6
15 minutes weights for arms, tris, bis, pecs, shoulders. Abs and my new BFF (foam roller) on my quads, hams, it band/hip flexor.

P.S. Nate, last week I had the same thing with my right foot. It turned out to be a minor strain. Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation for three days. Going to take it out for a run tomorrow, hopefully.  Take Care!

65 minute spin on stationary bike w/ 9 - 1 minute sprints (27.3 miles)
22 minutes on the stairmaster (99 floors)
