Hey there, everybody. Taking a break in the middle of this mountain of work I'm doing. I had a good workout this morning - 20 minutes walk/jog on the treadmill, 25 minutes in the weight room.

Have a great day!

No running today , I think I have my first minor injury. Something wierd going on where the top of my foot and leg meet. Doesn't hurt to walk but sore when I stretch and cannot run on it at all. Has anyone else been through this? Anyway back on topic - 2.5 hours of weights since i can't run , all muscle groups today.

4 miles today...it's sooo hot out!! I'm not used to running in the warm weather, I wasn't hydrated enough, poor nutrition yesterday and crappy sleep lead to a less than stellar run.  Good thing tonight is my last Pearl Jam show and I'll be back to my normal routine... I'm going to have to get my act together if I'm planning on running my entire half in three weeks!!

Happy Friday Guys!!!

45 minutes at a good pace on the elliptical trainer today, no strength training. It is cleaning and laundry tonight, as we are selling our house and have people coming tomorrow to take a look. Will take the dogs for a nice long walk tonight since they have to spend a lot of time tomorrow in the crate...
