I am thinking mashed potatoes with lots of gravy right before your run, that should help, then maybe a couple pieces of chocolate cake when you are done...

Ok, so everyone, thank you for your feedback and suggestions. Here is what I came up with for my long runday nutrition plan for 1.8 miles. I will fill 2 x 100oz Camelpack bladders. Bladder #1 will be full of twinkie filling that has been deep fried but then cracked open and extracted into the camelpack bladder. Bladder #2 will be filled with a puriee of gravy, mashed potato, giblits, butter, 1/2 container of crisco and some salt (dash to taste).

I will also have a fuel belt with 4 x 8oz bottles. Bottle #1 Mountain Dew, Bottle #2 Monster Energy Drink, Bottle #3 Rootbeer and Bottle #4 liquid ass to spray on my opponents in my running path (www.liquidass.com).

In my fuel belt, I will carry a deep fried twinky marinated in goose fat and then wrapped inside a lard-based belgian waffle. I will also have boston baked beans that have been soaked in dark chocolate, butter, lama intestine and bull urine.

I cannot wait to see how I feel on my next run. Awesome!

Too bad your not on the East Coast.  Then we could recommend Tastycakes and liquid cheese.

I would skip the salt, I heard it isn't healthy.

Where is the chocolate syrup? You need that, and it's low fat but good.   yummmy

In my family, the motto is "everything is better with bacon".  I suggest cooking up a pound and eating 1/2 before and the other half after your workout.  The grease will help get the donuts into your system, and also relieve any constipation you might encounter.
