Wednesday Workouts!!!

stretching 
10 min on treadmill
squats with physio ball and 10 pound weights, side lunges with 4 pound ball, and something else, can't remember the name, oblique pull ins...x2
16 stairs and 20 burpee's (hate those!!!!!!)
shoulder press with db, upright rows with db, lat raises w/ db, crunches w/10 pound weight on ball...x2
.5 mile on treadmill, .5 mile on elliptical 
triceps machine, overhead triceps extension, triceps kickbacks, ab machine...x2
stretching

2 mile walk with hubby and the dogs, hubby kept asking me to slow down...LOL

 such a bad boy.. just some walking for me.. I failed miserably on vacation this last week - pizza.. cake.. ice cream... gotta lot of running tomorrow to pay!!!!

 3 mile run for me this morning, hip was tweaking a bit so here's hoping it will be good to go for Friday's run!

Tonight is swim practice. I got in 2000 yards! We did some work on our weaker side and then we swam some 500s at different paces.

1/2 hour on stationary bike doing interval sprints, 1/2 hour on the stationary bike doing pyramids
1/2 hour run on the treadmill.

The first time you do something - It's going to be a personal record!

yesterday was a travel day for me, finally made it back home last night from a looong vacation.  third rest day in a row after the race, a new record for me.  my wife and i will hit the gym this morning for a workout after we drop the kids off at school.
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

right now.  somewhere.  somebody is working harder than you.

added a 1.3 mile run with my son last night - 9.8 for the day
    No longer about weight , it's all about living.

90 min water aerobics. Doing this Wednesdays and Saturdays. I'm just starting out and haven't had my surgery yet, so it's a really good choice for me for now.
I know you believe you understand what you think I said, but I'm not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant.   24lbs lost pre-surgery. I'm 5'2.
