Thursday's Workout
Today was supposed to be gym/weight room day, but I guess I increased the weights too much on Tuesday because my muscles are *really* sore. I decided to just take a bike ride today and give them another day's rest - I'll go do the weight room tomorrow. Hopefully the soreness will have settled down a bit.

38 minutes of weights (chest/tri) including 8 X 25 sets of pushups for the 100 pushup challenge
10 min walking for cooldown/warmup
30 min easy run on TM @ 7.0 MPH (3.5 miles)
felt really good to get back in the gym...
