Has anyone done this program? I did pre-surgery and it worked well. I am interested in doing it again as a way to structure a re-entry into fitness and am looking to see if anyone else is following a similar program. Essentially, you do HIIT aerobics and alternate it with pyramid weight lifting. Very short intense workouts.
