Scott, it sounds like you really had a rocky few days. I'm glad to hear that everything has worked out and mom and baby are well.
Today was a bike day - rode a total of 17 miles, including a 10-mile time trial.

I went to my weekly track workout. And did something to my calf! Grrrr.
Anyway 5 miles total, but only ran about 2.5. I had to walk 2 miles back to my car. Slowly.
