Which is better for flexibility for running form?

My hamstrings and quads get pretty tight the day after my long runs. I stretch, ice, stretch, pray, ice some more.

I am thinking about adding a class one day per week, but not sure which would be better for lengthening my muscles, etc. for running:  Pilates (without the machines) or Yoga?

Your thoughts/experiences??

Thanks,
Kathy
Every morning in Africa, a gazelle wakes up.
It knows it must outrun the fastest lion or it will be killed.

Africa, a lion wakes up.
It knows that it must run faster than the slowest gazelle, or it will starve.
It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or a gazelle
when the sun comes up you'd better be running.

I have to say I love taking Yoga...I feel more flexible, strong and relaxed after taking a class...it that makes sense.

Stretching is one great help for flexibility for running form. It would contribute a lot to strengthen your muscles both arms and legs.
Health is important!

I would have to say Yoga.  I know also it helps me with my breathing.  Let us know how it works.
