Did some killer cardio this morning...
30 minutes on the arc trainer (.94mi/639cal/incline 8 of 10/res. 75 of 100)
35 minutes on the stair/eliptical (3.31mi/513cal/res.10 of 20 and 20 of 20 - 2 minute intervals at each)

to be followed by yet another evening of rocking out at pearl jam...

Nothing for me today except a trip to the doctor. Got 2 shots. One for muscle spasms and one for infection. I have a killer sinus infection and swollen glands in my throat. But the good news is I don't have strep throat.

I think Monday is everyone's rest day!  I'm just doing about 1/2 hour of stretching and strength exercises for my PT.   I can feel the back to back days of running in my quads.

Just did 2.5 miles on my elliptical. I wanted to do 5, but couldn't get going and had to keep stopping. I thought I was getting in better shape, but I find I'm just tired today. Did extra walking at work today including stairs. Maybe that slowed me down? When does exercise get easier?

Every morning in Africa, a gazelle wakes up.
It knows it must outrun the fastest lion or it will be killed.
Every morning in
Africa, a lion wakes up.
It knows that it must run faster than the slowest gazelle, or it will starve.
It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or a gazelle
when the sun comes up you'd better be running.
