Finally running again!

Yeah!

I'm now 4 weeks post op and finally felt like myself again out on a run. My legs were pooped up the hills (I run in San Francisco, this is unavoidable) but I got a 4 miler in.

Now to start inching back up to the distances I was at pre-op. I'm excited to see how much faster I'll be able to go without the extra weight.

Next race - Danskin Women's Triathlon June 6th, Austin Tx (not expecting a PR here, just to finish)

It would always be better to start our healthy habits by exercise and one of the best exercise is running. Many people had wished to fullfil their goals by stting objectives, yet, only few had achieved due to lack of perseverance. Good thing you have achieve the goal that you have set. Keep it up!
