Hi everyone,
I am not new to the site or to WLS, but I just had a revision 4 weeks ago, and have been walking a week after my surgery. Actually at least a mile when I do two weeks out. Granted, maybe pushing myself too hard. So yesterday my boyfriend and I he is also overweight, joined a gym. Today we went, I did 30 on the treadmill as I am not ready to do strength training. But to keep my heart rate into the fatburn stage on the tm, I had to drop my speed like to 2.3. Is this normal starting out?
I have been in a stall for 3 weeks now and I am dropping inches, but this is getting annoying. I am getting about 700 calories, and 75 grams of protein a day. My NUT said do not worry about calories, but I worry on the days I really do work out, I burn at least half of those calories, and should I increase on those days? Thank you for your patience with my newbie self to this.

I encourage you to just be patient with this mini-stall. Your body needs time to "catch up."
I'm no expert, but so early out walking on the treadmill at a modest pace sounds good to me. Although I wasn't at the gym just a few weeks post-op, I'm a city dweller who walks at least a 1.5 miles a day just getting to and from work. My calories were even a little lower than yours at that point, and although I had normal little stalls here and there my weight loss was steady all the way to goal. I didn't increase my calories into the 800 calorie range until several months out.
