i'm too tired and sick (i may have heat stroke) to write a report today, but i will tomorrow or later tonight if i feel up to it.  bottom line, i finished, felt really awesome about the swim and the bike, but the wheels fell off on the run.  it was the hottest most miserable experience of my life!  no kidding.  my legs were fine, my fitness was fine, and my energy/nutritiion was fine, but i was in total survival mode just trying to stay cool.  but i'm done and met nearly all my goals for the race.  results can be found here, i'm going to lay down :)

Bill!!! Awesome times!  Very inspirational. Take time to recover and relax and then celebrate!!!
Whooo Hoooo!!!!

Every morning in Africa, a gazelle wakes up.
It knows it must outrun the fastest lion or it will be killed.
Every morning in
Africa, a lion wakes up.
It knows that it must run faster than the slowest gazelle, or it will starve.
It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or a gazelle
when the sun comes up you'd better be running.
