Just finished a really nice "mind clearing" 5 mile run. It's amazing how those endorphins work....just a miracle drug!

Have a great Sunday everyone...now off to work.

Easy 2 mile recovery run. BAREFOOT on the grass track at my kids school.  I hope they keep the paint on through the summer, cuz I really liked running barefoot on the grass!!!
Every morning in Africa, a gazelle wakes up.
It knows it must outrun the fastest lion or it will be killed.
Every morning in
Africa, a lion wakes up.
It knows that it must run faster than the slowest gazelle, or it will starve.
It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or a gazelle
when the sun comes up you'd better be running.

I went swimming at Del Valle lake. We were camping so I had to walk the 2 miles to the swim place. I guess that counts too.

Rain haven't been a problem to me. Nothing would hinder to a person who believes that he can. If part of someones daily activities is his exercise throught biking at the park every morning, well, it's better for him to have a variety of choices so that it would be easy to change plan in case of emergency.
