SATURDAY WORKOUTS!!!!
I ran 4.65 miles this morning. a hilly challenging route. I was feeling so good and then I absolutely ran out of gas at 4.5 and all of a sudden, I planned on 5 so not too short. I think I need to have a snack or something before I run if it will be over 4 miles. I do just fine on empty running a 5 K.
I do not like to eat or drink much beofre I run; it makes me very nauseated; drinking more so than eating. Before my 10 and 12 K last summer I ate 1 slice of low carb wheat w peanut butter and felt fine. I may try that before my next run.

I spent the day chasing my son around the Exploratorium in San Francisco, then walking around North Beach. My wife was on a quest to rescue all the wonderful italian cookies from the little bakeries there.
I must admit I did help with a couple rescue missions (hanging head in shame) I plan to pedal that off on Sunday morning.

I was camping so I did a camping version of a Filthy 50. For example, instead of 50 box jumps, I jumped up onto a picnic table bench.
