Friday workouts

10 mile run and 200 pushups. Whats everyone else doing today ?
    No longer about weight , it's all about living.

 unexpected rest day...hubby coming home so had to run around and clean the house and do some last minute errands...
Have a good weekend everyone...good luck to those who are running anything!!!!

3 mile run this morning.
Was planning on doing an hour on the bike trainer, but my back is killing me after the run.  I hope it loosens up, I really need the bike work.

 21 miles on the bike -- hill repeats on 7% and 8% hills (they're not long but good workouts!)
Huge winds out there 20 mph winds + gusts -- I'm not a small guy and I was getting blown around on my bike.  Couldn't imagine being out there on my aero wheels!

Looks like unplanned rest day for me. Hoping to feel better for my first 12 mile run tomorrow.
