Does anyone know of a good website that will help you develop an exercise plan based on your needs?  I've got access to a gym and every piece of equipment you could need, but could use an attack plan.

Hello, and welcome to the board.

My first question would be what is your goal?  General health, muscle building, running, cycling, swimming, endurance events???

There are a lot of good web sites out there with lots of info, but many of them are sport or activity specific.

I'm mainly looking for weight loss, but I also want to build/tone especially my upper arms and legs to help minimize the lose skin I have.

I like this site for a quick access to exercise videos.
http://www.workoutz.com/
They have short videos on lots of pieces of equipment and alternative activities.
You can even download them to your ipod to take with you for viewing at the gym.
So if you have a question about a piece of equipment you can review the how to.

For cardio I like the couch 2 5k system
It is a good starting point for cardio and I have applied it to the treadmill, the stationary bike and the elliptical trainer.  I just use their format for any type of cardio exercise.

You can develop your own exercise plan after consulting to a dietitian. In making an exercise plan, you ned to seek some help from professionals for you to know what are the needs of your body.
