New to this Forum

I am so glad that I found this forum and have no idea why I have not earlier...

I am 14 months post op and I do exercise regularly, but reading what some of you are doing is very inspirational. I do exercise at least 4 days per week, 2 days strength training and 2 days cardio, with a goal of 6 days per week. I do get in the 6 days sometimes, but always at least the 4. I will now be on this forum regularly as I think I need the motivation.

I live in the Tampa Florida area and will be running in the Miles for Moffitt 5K tomorrow. I am not in a place where I can run the entire thing yet, but I sure will try. I hope it is not to hot tomorrow, I do so much better with cool day runs. One of my goals is to run a 5k without stopping, so I will work towards that.
