Was all dressed and ready go out running last night when my running buddy texted me and said the weather was too miserable to run. It was cold and rainy. So I agreed. Fifteen minutes later I was so bored I braved the cold, the rain, the wind and ran 4.5 miles. Glad I did it. Really helped to get the brain back in gear. Course this morning I am sniffling and blowing my nose every five minutes. Oh well, gives me a good story.

did 7 miles in just over an hour on Tuesday in the Orlando heat (can you say holy dehyrated batman!).... no workout on wednesday, but spending 9 hours in Disney with the kids can sure take it out of ya. so much for a big taper!
i will do a small 30 min run today nice and easy, hit a disney park this afternoon, then take it easy the next two days before the race...
