8 miles this morning.
Gawd that month off is killing me.  I don't remember 8 miles on the treadmill being that hard.

Gotta run my son around the block tonight.  I have him training for a 2.2 mile run next month.  I don't think he will be able to run it all, but I'll get him through it with a run/walk combo.
I'm just happy he is excited to be doing it.

So what did y'all do today?

I've got a love/hate relationship with the one at my gym!!

Good day all!

7 mile cross country bike ride in 30 minutes. A few reps for my arms/shoulders/chest.

What is the "Captain's Chair" ?  I need to find/work my abs more!

It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or a gazelle
when the sun comes up you'd better be running.

Thanks Andrew!

I do use that, on occasion, at the gym! I will watch the video to make sure I'm doing it correctly.
I didn't know what it was called...so I just referred to it as "That handy dip, leg lift, thing".  Nice to have the proper  name....
